ISLAMABAD: FEBRUARY 9, 2026:
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, visited the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital in Islamabad on Monday to inquire after those injured in the Tarlai Imam Bargah blast. During the visit accompanied by former federal minister Sajid Hussain Tori, the Governor met the injured patients individually, expressed solidarity with them, and prayed for their swift recovery. He was briefed by the hospital administration on the medical facilities and treatment being provided to the victims. Governor Kundi appreciated the efforts of the medical staff and emphasized that all possible resources should be utilized to ensure the best care for the injured. He extended his best wishes for the early and complete recovery of all those affected by the tragic incident.
